• Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
• Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
• Required tools, supplies, and equipment: Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.

· Internal and external Building maintenance, including carpentry, masonry, plastering and painting.

· Participating in environmental, safety and sanitation related duties

· Receiving facility repair requests from all departments and performing necessary maintenance.

· Maintaining water quality in the water park (including pool cleaning, chlorination/pool disinfecting).

· Overseeing pest control by reporting and seeking a licensed business and arranged the services to control pest on the company facilities

· Assist marketing team by posting all signs, billboards, logos and other related items by setting an area for the signs by providing plywood billboards or tying ropes on banners, and painting or plastering signs on billboards.

· Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

· Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

· Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.

· Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.

· Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

· Maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery located in cafeterias, laundries, hospitals, stores, offices, or factories.

· Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.

· Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.

· Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.

· Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.

· Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures.

· Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.

· Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools.
